milestones.\nSupport development, qualification, and documentation of production welding processes.\nAssist with technical reviews, feasibility assessments, and readiness activities for welded subassemblies.\nSustaining Support (Existing Welding Operations)\nTroubleshoot production issues, including process deviations, equipment concerns, and material inconsistencies.\nSupport root-cause analysis and corrective actions for weld-related defects or quality issues.\nMaintain weld procedures, parameters, and documentation under engineering guidance.\nProvide day-to-day support to operators and technicians across multiple welding stations or lines\nCross-Line Welding Support\nRespond promptly to weld engineering requests across product lines.\nBalance multiple tasks while following welding engineering team direction.\nEnsure consistent application of welding standards, parameters, and safety protocols across all supported lines.\nTechnical Direction and Collaboration\nFollow technical guidance from welding engineers and contribute to engineering discussions as appropriate.\nProactively communicate status updates, risks, and emerging issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams: manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and quality engineering.\nSafety, Compliance, and Quality\nAdhere to internal welding standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes (e.g., AWS, ISO) as directed.\nSupport quality inspections and documentation, including weld symbol interpretation, visual inspection, and process verification.\nMaintain accurate records of work, weld trials, and process adjustments.\nWhat will make you successful\nExperience with: Microsoft Project, OnePPM, Valgenesis, MasterControl, Visio, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Fanuc, Fronius. \nWelding Process Knowledge \nBlueprint and Weld Symbol Interpretation \nRoot-Cause Analysis and Problem Solving \nDocumentation and Code
