equipment available.\nWhat you will get to do:\nManage multiple product development projects from approval through launch\nBuild and maintain a master project tracker with timelines, owners, and due dates\nSet project milestones with the product development team and monitor progress\nIdentify and resolve project risks and blockers early\nEscalate schedule issues to leadership with recommended solutions\nAssign and communicate task ownership across departments\nLead regular project status meetings and document decisions and action items\nProvide consistent pipeline status reports to leadership\nDocument and improve the product development process\nTrack project cycle times and use the data to reduce time to launch\nMake sure launch readiness checklists are complete before product release\nWhat will make you successful:\n3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development or manufacturing\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams\nProficiency with project management software / Microsoft Office\nStrong organizational and problem-solving
