projects.\nWhat you will get to do:\nLead a variety of project engineering, capital equipment, facilities, shutdown, and continuous improvement projects for multiple customers in various industries.\nPlan, direct, and coordinate plant relocations and expansions.\nEstablish, coordinate, and manage project schedules and plant shutdowns.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Management personnel.\nConsistently track and communicate project status, critical path, changes, milestones, and stage gates through the utilization of project tools.\nManage requirements, approvals, and plans at all phases that coordinate and account for operations, hand-offs, inspections, safety, layouts, bid solicitations, constraints, etc.\nIdentify and problem-solve gaps and delays at every phase and across multiple projects.\nProvide input on the selection of outside vendors to optimally meet cost, timing, and quality objectives.\nUtilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.\nWork with your coach to customize your growth and development path.\nMake a positive difference every day through exceptional service to customers, caring for coworkers and giving back to the community.\nWhat will make you succesful:\nBachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or equivalent degree.\nExperience as a project engineer successfully leading teams of engineers and contractors.\nPrevious experience managing capital projects, working alongside construction and facilities teams.\nExperience purchasing and justifying capital equipment.\nExperience performing manufacturing cost calculations and managing cost reduction projects.\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills.\nCompetence in engineering design and 3D CAD.\nExperience with quality management tools/statistical techniques such as DFMEA and DOE.\nAbility to use statistical and analysis tools such as Excel, FEA software, and Minitab/Matlab.\nWork collaboratively in a team environment.\nPharmaceutical/food manufacturing experience.\nExperience with GMP’s, HACCP’s, OSHA, FDA, USDA general requirements.\nExperience with clean rooms and food/pharmaceutical processing.\nExperience working with new designs, equipment fabrication, line layouts, and line balancing.\nMicrosoft Project
