highquality outcomes.\nManage team capacity, optimise resource allocation, and balance execution speed with longterm technical health and production stability.\nCollaborate with product, governance, vector store integrations, and retrieval architectures to support semantic search, RAG systems, and AI assistants.\nOwn the strategic roadmap for AI-optimized data stores, ensuring they integrate cleanly with enterprise-wide data architecture and evolving AI platform needs.\nPartner at the managerial level with AI Core Engineering, Infra, and Data Science.\nProduct to ensure your teams deliver reliable, real-time data into shared agents, registries, and platform services.\nDrive adoption of reusable ingestion and transformation frameworks, enabling consistency and accelerating delivery across partner engineering teams.\n\nBig Data Engineering: \nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.\nProcess large-scale datasets using Apache Spark and Apache Flink.\nBuild distributed data processing applications using Scala, Python, or Java.\nDevelop optimised ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.\nBuild and maintain modern Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures.\n\nData Processing: \nDevelop high-performance Spark jobs for large-scale data transformation.\nBuild streaming applications using Kafka and Apache Flink.\nOptimise Spark applications for memory utilisation, partitioning, caching, and shuffle performance.\nProcess TB/PB-scale datasets efficiently.\n\nCloud and Data Platform: \nWork with Databricks, AWS EMR, Azure Databricks, or GCP Dataproc.\nBuild scalable cloud-native data platforms.\nDesign Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg-based architectures.\nDevelop reusable data ingestion frameworks.\n\nPipeline Development: \nBuild reusable ETL frameworks.\nDevelop metadata-driven pipelines.\nImplement CDC (Change Data Capture).\nBuild batch and near-real-time processing systems.\nCreate fault-tolerant
