with the latest relevant and ranking technology trends and innovations, and evaluate their potential impact on our domains.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 10 years of experience in the software engineering field, with a focus on building highly available architecture, shipping robust code and creating a positive team environment.\nAt least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or management role in technology.\nDemonstrated success in being part of a team in problem-solving, designing and implementing software at scale.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external partners.\nProven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team towards achieving business goals.\nExperience with performance tuning and building/maintaining software that is in the critical path.\nBias towards action, with experience delivering high-quality software solutions on time, at scale and within budget.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with consumer-facing services and high-scale systems.\nExperience working with identity, commerce and/or authorisation systems\nUnderstanding of deploying and scaling within a cloud infrastructure.\nExperience working with remote global teams
