You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, operations, and engineering teams while taking ownership of deliverables and contributing to technical decisions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support core website functionality.\nBuild and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.\nWork with server-side templating technologies in a multi-region cloud environment.\nContribute to building scalable, performant, maintainable, and testable software.\nParticipate in Agile development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.\nActively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nTake ownership of engineering deliverables and contribute to continuous improvements.\nMentor engineers within the squad and help improve their technical capabilities.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, QA, operations, and other stakeholders.\nCommunicate technical decisions and present practical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nOwnership mindset with the ability to drive engineering deliverables.\nGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to research, learn, and adopt new technologies.\nExperience mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge.\nAbility to identify opportunities for performance optimization and service improvements.\nGrowth mindset, self-motivation, and willingness to give and receive feedback.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.\nStrong foundational knowledge of programming and computer science.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.\nProgramming Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.\nFrontend Development: Strong understanding of frontend web development technologies and principles. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks; knowledge of server-side templating.\nBuild Tools: Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, esbuild, or Webpack.\nCSS Technologies: Experience with CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, Sass, or CSS-in-JS.\nTesting: Experience writing automated tests and unit tests to ensure software quality.\nEngineering Practices: Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
