You can learn more about us at www.dispatch.io.\nThe Role\nThe Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle - from pipeline creation to close - for prospects within the financial services and wealth management markets. You’ll partner closely with our customer success organization to land and expand strategic accounts.\nThis role is for an experienced AE who can operate with autonomy, build repeatable processes, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.\nResponsibilities\nDrive the full sales process from prospecting through negotiation and close for enterprise accounts.\n\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical.\n\nQualify rigorously using MEDDPICC/MEDDIC methodology\n\nDevelop account strategies that map buying centers, identify champions, and guide prospects through a complex evaluation.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and expansion.\n\nContribute to sales process improvements, messaging refinement, and go-to-market strategy as an early member of the revenue team.\n\nRepresent Dispatch with professionalism and precision in every customer interaction.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of Enterprise AE experience in B2B SaaS.\n\nProven record of exceeding quota and earning top-performer recognition.\n\nPreferred: Experience selling products that move, transform, or orchestrate data (e.g., integrations, APIs, iPaaS, data platforms).\n\nStartup experience required - joined a company no later than Series B or with fewer than 100 employees.\n\nMEDDPICC or MEDDIC trained;
