Senior Patient Coordinator to join our growing clinical operations team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient and supportive patient experience.\nYou’ll be responsible for coordinating the patient journey from initial enquiry through to post-consultation follow-up, while also helping keep the day-to-day running of the clinic organised and compliant.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing competing priorities, comfortable working within clinical processes and SOPs, and genuinely cares about creating a great patient experience.\nWhat You'll Own\nCoordinate the patient journey: Support new and returning patients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and appointment booking through to consultations and follow-up.\nManage clinic operations: Handle patient enquiries, oversee administrative workflows and support the smooth running of daily clinic operations.\nCoordinate appointments: Manage clinician schedules, coordinate appointments and help optimise clinic capacity and availability.\nMaintain accurate documentation: Process and maintain patient records and documentation accurately, in line with GDPR and relevant regulatory requirements.\nSupport compliance: Follow and uphold clinic SOPs, policies and confidentiality requirements, ensuring patient information is handled appropriately at all times.\nResolve patient issues: Act as a key point of contact for patient concerns, resolving issues where possible and escalating appropriately when required.\nSupport MDT working: Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, document agreed actions and ensure follow-ups are completed.\nOversee clinic supplies: Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders and track clinic supplies to ensure the team has what it needs to operate effectively.\nSupport training and development: Keep your mandatory training and compliance requirements up to date and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.\nImprove processes: Identify opportunities to improve patient and operational workflows and help implement practical solutions across the clinic.\nWhat You’ll Need\n2+ years' experience in a patient coordination, healthcare administration, clinic operations or similar role.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills, with a confident and empathetic approach to patient interactions.\nHigh attention to detail, particularly when handling patient information and documentation.\nExperience working with SOPs, regulatory requirements and confidential information.\nComfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians and operational teams.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues and improving processes.\nComfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player.\nExperience working in a telehealth or digital healthcare
