This is a supporting role at the heart of ourB2B operations - you'll coordinate projects from brief to delivery, prepare quotes, manage logistics, and keep everything organized behind the scenes so our international clients get a seamless experience.

What will you do?
- Coordinate client projects on an ongoing basis - from brief through to delivery and shipment
- Monitor statuses, deadlines, and work progress
- Work closely with internal teams (print/DTP, warehouse, production)
- Maintain and update project documentation
- Prepare price quotes based on current pricelists
- Create summaries and comparison tables
- Make sure commercial terms align with source data
- Coordinate orders and shipments, including to multiple destinations
- Work with warehouse, accounting, and external partners
- Handle export documentation and customs matters
- Support logistics for events
- Triage ongoing tasks and set priorities
- Update databases and records
- Prepare operational documents and instructions
- Synthesize statuses and reporting
