In this role, you'll support our financial planning and control operations - working alongside our FP&A Analyst and Finance team to help manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. You'll handle the day-to-day operational tasks that keep our financial machinery running smoothly: gathering data, organizing it, spotting patterns, and presenting findings in clear, understandable formats. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys precision, learning quickly, and turning raw data into stories that help teams make better decisions.\nWhat will you do?\nGather budgeting and forecasting data from departments, organise it, and flag inconsistencies or gaps\n\nHelp consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts, and prepare supporting schedules and documentation\n\nTrack budget vs. actual performance, compile data for variance analysis, and highlight notable differences\n\nSupport month-end close by organising data, calculating allocations, and preparing supporting notes and schedules\n\nTake clear notes in finance meetings, recording assumptions, decisions and action items\n\nBuild clean, simple dashboards and charts, and prepare slides and visual summaries for team and stakeholder meetings\n\nHelp monitor production cost data (materials, labour, overhead) and calculate cost of goods manufactured\n\nSpot ways to simplify reporting workflows, and test new tools and templates\n\nHelp with one-off financial questions and analysis requests\n\nWhat You Bring\nEducation - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n\nExperience - up to 2 years in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role (internships, graduate rotations, or entry-level positions count!)\n\nExcel Skills - Solid Excel abilities; comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and creating basic models\n\nAttention to Detail - You catch errors before they become problems.
