structures and roadmaps for performance improvement\nExecution & Optimization\nLaunch, monitor, and A/B test campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and emerging platforms\nDrive continuous improvement in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share\nOptimize budget allocation and implement new platform features\nAnalysis & Insight (about 15% of your time)\nUse GA4 and Looker to identify performance trends and actionable insights\nTranslate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership\nDevelop reporting that highlights key metrics and opportunities\nCollaboration & Innovation (about 10% of your time)\nPartner with Creative on ad copy and visual concepts\nCoach junior team members on PPC best practices\nRecommend new tools, betas, and channels worth piloting\n\nQualifications\n2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Google Tag Manager\nDemonstrated proficiency with bid automation strategies (Target ROAS, tCPA), audience segmentation, and feed management\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive CAC, ROAS, or revenue goals in both B2B and B2C environments\nStrong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, Looker/Power BI, and performance analysis\nGrowth mindset with a commitment to iteration, documentation, and knowledge sharing\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nBonus Skills\nExperience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit)\nProficiency with Microsoft Advertising platform and strategies\nTechnical capabilities with scripting languages (Google Ads
