This role will lead the design and execution of competitive, equitable and compliant total rewards program in partnership with the CHRO and external vendors. Partners closely with business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCompensation Management\nDesign and manage base salary, incentive, and bonus programs aligned with business strategy\nConduct market benchmarking and salary survey to ensure external competitiveness\nDesign and manage salary/role structure in HR Systems (job titles, job family, etc.)\nLead annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity)\nPartner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and leadership on job leveling, pay decisions and offer strategy\nEnsure internal equity and pay transparency practices\nUK Benefits/Payroll expenses management\nAdvance Comp management, Sales Comp Agreement process, Securities Agreement LTIP process, Annual 401k Compliance process\nBenefits Management\nOversee health, welfare, retirement and wellness programs\nManage Vendor Relationships (brokers, carriers, PEO)\nEvaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on need market and cost management. Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process\nDevelop and track compensation and benefits metrics (cost, utilization, competitiveness)\nProvide insight and recommendations to senior leadership. Support workforce planning and budgeting related to TWs and new team/acquisitions\nMaintain accurate documentation policies and audit readiness\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.\nExperience: minimum 8 years of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards \nExperience with salary surveys and market pricing.\nExperience administering employee benefits programs.\nExperience in insurance or financial services and the ability to operate independently across both compensation and benefits functions.\nStrong experience with Excel and Workday, including advanced comp modules.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\nPivot Tables\nVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP\nPower Query (preferred)\nComplex formulas\nHRIS systems\nCompensation survey platforms\nHR reporting and analytics\nBenefits administration platforms\nPowerPoint\nData visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)\nKnowledge Requirements\nCompensation structures\nSalary grading methodologies\nMarket benchmarking\nPay equity analysis\nIncentive compensation\nHealth and welfare benefits\nRetirement plans (401(k))\nCOBRA\nHIPAA\nFLSA\nPay transparency legislation\nLeave programs\nHR metrics and reporting\nLOCATION\nThis role is remote/hybrid based in the United States. (Tristate area preferred 2-3 days per week in NY Office)\nCOMPENSATION & PERKS\n$125,000- $145,000 base salary + yearly bonus.
