Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requests, gathering business requirements, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring quality assurance.\nThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in accordance with defined requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills and effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop detailed project plans including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements;\nCoordinate internal and external teams to ensure contributions are delivered on schedule;\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders;\nPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses remain aligned with forecasts;\nServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders;\nConduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements for future initiatives;\nMaintain and prioritize the project backlog;\nAnalyze business and functional requirements for each initiative;\nDocument and map current and future processes as part of project analysis;\nDocument system functionalities, requirements, and related specifications;\nManage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;\nEnsure continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;\nMaintain an up-to-date and prioritized project backlog.\n Experience\nDegree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;\nMinimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in distribution or a related industry;\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, etc.);\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;\nAbility to work collaboratively and manage conflicts effectively;\nDemonstrated project management experience;\nProven experience in process mapping and workflow optimization;\nStrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;\nProficiency with project management software (such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, etc.) and process mapping tools (such as Visio, BPMN, etc.);\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills;\nExperience managing change requests and assessing associated impacts and risks;\nBilingualism (French/English, advanced level) is required due to the organization’s national operations and the need for effective communication across regions.\nAsset (Business Analysis)\nUnderstand business processes supporting enterprise applications;\nIdentify and document business needs at the origin of projects;\nGather requirements from business stakeholders;\nTranslate client requirements into business requirements for development teams;\nEnsure an optimal user experience throughout application development;\nSupport testing and implementation activities in collaboration with the analyst responsible for the project;\nCollaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery;\nPrepare and present project progress reports and performance analyses to stakeholders.\nRequired Technical Skills\nMonday.com, Azure DevOps, Excel, Visio, BPMN;\nDynamics 365, CRM platforms (Salesforce);\nKnowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n Benefits Offered\nOur employees are important to us.
