This role is responsible for developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and revenue through channel and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience, a solid understanding of partner or indirect sales models, and the ability to turn partner needs into scalable marketing programs, campaigns, enablement tools, and communications.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nDevelop and execute channel partner marketing strategies that support partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, engagement, and joint demand generation.\nCreate and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, partner toolkits, sales enablement materials, newsletters, presentations, and partner-facing communications\nPartner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Web teams to align partner marketing programs with business goals and go-to-market priorities\nCollaborate with partner relationship teams to understand partner needs, identify marketing opportunities, and deliver programs that help partners promote solutions more effectively\nSupport partner launches, marketplace campaigns, webinars, sales sequences, product promotions, and partner-hosted marketing initiatives\nDevelop and maintain scalable partner onboarding, training, and go-to-market resources that help partners understand messaging, programs, and available marketing support\nEnsure partner-facing collateral and campaign materials are accurate, on brand, aligned with approved messaging, and easy for partners and internal teams to use\nManage project intake, timelines, approvals, asset updates, and campaign execution across multiple partner marketing initiatives\nTrack, measure, and report on the performance of partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, engagement efforts, and pipeline influence\nUse campaign data, partner feedback, and performance insights to optimize programs, improve partner engagement, and identify opportunities to scale channel marketing efforts\nStay current on partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B SaaS, HR technology, and demand generation best practices\nSupport special projects, events, and additional marketing initiatives as assigned\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
