Job Title: E-learning Designer Position overview: The E-learning Designer creates, edits, and manages engaging e-learning content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and newly acquired platforms. This role includes content development, Storyline and video editing, LMS administration, stakeholder training/support, and contributing to team initiatives and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Content creation: Research and develop engaging content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and new platforms Create knowledge-check questions to ensure comprehension and retention Conduct content reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues Maintain documentation of content (development status, description, length, upload date, annual enrollments) Content editing: Edit video content (sound checks, remove vocal errors) Use Storyline (Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360) to add transitions, zoom regions, slide formatting, and interactive elements Create and edit quiz content (formatting, scoring, feedback layers) Publish Articulate 360 content and implement edits from review feedback LMS administration: Publish content to the LMS for internal and external audiences Manage content library, create courses
