Learn more at www.vensure.com.\nPosition Summary: Implementation Consultant - subject matter expert responsible for leading PEO client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead the full client implementation process for new PEO clients to ensure a seamless transition to our services.\nUnderstand client requirements and configure PEO solutions to meet those needs.\nServe as primary point of contact during implementation; address concerns, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on system configuration and best practices.\nProvide training and guidance to drive system adoption and user proficiency.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.\nCollaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.\nAct as a subject matter expert on industry trends, workflows, complex client situations, and benefits regulations.\nIdentify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in benefit implementations.\nPerform other duties as required.\nMarginal Functions:\nRecommend enhancements to implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.\nCollaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistent implementation practices.\nAttend webinars, seminars, and trainings.\nPerform ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze complex situations.\nExceptional attention to detail, data analysis, and quality-control skills.\nAbility to prioritize, re-prioritize, and balance workloads to meet changing objectives.\nAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure or during escalations.\nStrong teamwork skills and ability to foster cooperation.\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or training.\nAt least 3 years of related work experience in implementation, payroll, or a related HR field.\nProficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR.\nStrong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.\nProven experience managing multiple implementation projects and meeting deadlines.\nKnowledge of federal and state benefit-administration regulations.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nRequired Licenses and/or Certifications:\nIndustry certification not required but beneficial (e.g., FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP).\nPhysical, Mental & Communication Demands:\nReasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.\nFrequently required to sit;
