You will design and run test scenarios based on how people actually use the product, build realistic test data, own test strategy and risk on your projects, and report status clearly enough for release decisions. You will also raise the domain fluency of the whole QA team - which makes you unusually influential here. You will need:\n2+ years of hands-on PEO or benefits administration experience (a real requirement, not a preference)\nSolid QA practice: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts\nClear written and verbal communication\nDegree or equivalent experience\nPrismHR platform experience\nNice to have: automation exposure, multi-state US payroll tax, open enrollment, HRIS or HCM platforms. The schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Time), Monday to Friday. First four hours from our Noida office, the rest from home. Mornings and afternoons are yours.
