This is a leadership role with responsibility for technical delivery, client relationship management, and team development.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and review complex federal and state tax returns, including individual (1040), S-Corp, partnership, and trust returns.\nProvide high-level tax planning and consulting to clients, particularly closely held businesses and HNWIs.\nResearch complex tax matters and deliver clear, actionable guidance.\nServe as a primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.\nManage IRS and state tax authority correspondence and resolution.\nMentor and supervise junior tax staff, supporting training and performance growth.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with audit and advisory teams to ensure comprehensive client service.\nIdentify and pursue opportunities for tax planning and business development.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field;
