includes Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Fortinet and MikroTik devices, and a combination of Linux and Windows servers.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of complex technical challenges, design reliable solutions, troubleshoot issues independently, and turn architectural decisions into practical implementations.\nWe value demonstrated technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and ownership more than years of experience or certifications alone.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Engineering & Security\nDesign, implement, maintain, and improve enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, security, scalability, and performance.\nConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches and enterprise routing and switching environments.\nWork with Cisco ISE and Network Access Control (NAC) technologies to strengthen network security and access management.\nManage and optimize firewall configurations, VPN connectivity, network segmentation, and security policies across platforms such as Fortinet and MikroTik.\nDesign and implement network redundancy, high availability, and resilient connectivity.\nTroubleshoot complex network issues using packet analysis, monitoring tools, logs, and systematic root cause analysis.\nSupport enterprise wireless infrastructure, including connectivity, authentication, and performance troubleshooting.\nEvaluate existing network architecture, identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.\nSystems & Infrastructure Administration\nAdminister and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments.\nSupport core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related authentication and directory services.\nManage and maintain virtualization environments, particularly VMware.\nContribute to infrastructure backup, recovery, storage, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nCollaborate on system hardening, patch management, monitoring, and infrastructure security improvements.\nParticipate in infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.\nReliability, Automation & Engineering Practices\nTake technical ownership of complex infrastructure issues and contribute to incident investigation and resolution.\nPlan and execute infrastructure changes with appropriate testing, documentation, and rollback procedures.\nDevelop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and reliability.\nEstablish and improve technical documentation, configuration standards, monitoring, and operational procedures.\nWork closely with IT, security, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.\nEvaluate technical solutions and communicate trade-offs involving security, performance, cost, and operational complexity.\nShare knowledge and contribute to improving the team's overall technical capabilities.\nWhat solid systems knowledge, and a practical ownership mindset -someone who not only understands how infrastructure should be designed but can also build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve it.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, preferably in environments using Cisco technologies.\nSolid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.\nPractical experience with routing protocols such as OSPF and a good understanding of enterprise network design.\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst switches or comparable enterprise networking equipment.\nExperience with firewalls, VPN technologies, access control policies, and network segmentation.\nFamiliarity with Network Access Control (NAC) concepts, including 802.1X, RADIUS, and enterprise network authentication.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze packet captures, logs, and network performance metrics.\nPractical experience administering Linux and Windows server environments, with strong proficiency in at least one.\nWorking knowledge of core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.\nFamiliarity with virtualization, backup, storage, and infrastructure monitoring concepts.\nAbility to independently investigate complex technical problems, propose solutions, and implement them safely.\nStrong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Cisco ISE, including policy configuration, troubleshooting, and NAC implementations.\nExperience with Cisco Catalyst Center and enterprise wireless networking.\nExperience managing Fortinet FortiGate and MikroTik devices.\nAdvanced VMware administration, including vCenter, ESXi, clustering, and high availability.\nExperience with enterprise storage platforms, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.\nExperience with infrastructure automation using Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Git, or APIs.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring and observability tools.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure security frameworks and hardening best practices.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.\nRelevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE.\nExperience & Seniority\nWe prefer candidates with 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience, including meaningful responsibility for enterprise network infrastructure.\nHowever, we are open to candidates with fewer years of
