innovation through LWC and seamless integrations, you will directly impact operational efficiency and enhance the end-to-end experience for our global user base.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet evolving business demands.\n\n- Manage end-to-end Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data governance, to ensure a secure and optimized environment for all internal teams.\n\n- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.\n\n- Oversee the full deployment lifecycle, utilizing CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases that minimize downtime for end users.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks within the platform, proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and user productivity.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex orgs for 5 to 8 years.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in building responsive user interfaces using Salesforce LWC and managing server-side logic through Apex.\n\n- Strong command over Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, to connect disparate business systems effectively.\n\n- Possession of an active Salesforce Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II or Administrator) that validates your technical depth and commitment to the ecosystem.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly.\n\n- A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently as an individual contributor while remaining aligned with the broader team's objectives in a hybrid work
