Employees are assigned to a consistent 1st shift 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM working every other Wednesday:\nSunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Sunday\nThe first several weeks of training will follow a standard Monday - Friday 8-hour shift schedule.\nPurpose\nSupport material testing for QC as part of Divergent’s Adaptive Production System (DAPS).\nThe Role\nOperate Divergent’s standard tensile and fatigue test systems used for material quality control and characterization\nPerform system checks and periodic maintenance as required\nFollow the Divergent Manufacturing Execution System and ensure proper documentation of all work performed\nAccurately record data in excel and other related software applications\nFollow specific instructions outlined in Divergent’s standard test procedures\nBasic Qualifications\nAbility to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls\nCareful worker with attention to detail\nExperience in a test lab, machine shop, or similar setting\nHigh school degree, GED or higher degree\nAble to work on-site\nAble to lift and carry 30+ lbs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in some form of mechanical testing\nExperience with basic hand tools\nExperience with tensile testing\nExperience with fatigue testing\nCompetence in excel and other Microsoft tools\nWork Environment\nFactory environment.\nWork near moving mechanical parts (10% of time)\nCompensation\nAt Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job.
