Purpose The Mechanical Engineer II designs and develops mechanical components and subsystems for Divergent’s internally developed Monolith One laser powder bed fusion platform, printers in the same class, next-generation platforms, and adjacent equipment. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for delivering defined mechanical design efforts from concept through detailed design, build, testing, and release. Working with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, this individual will apply sound engineering fundamentals, solve technical problems, and contribute to the development, reliability, and continuous improve
