Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!\nJob Description\nFull Time\n$17.50 per hour\nMorning and Afternoon\nMonday through Sunday\nWeekly pay\nDiversified Maintenance is hiring a Lead Janitor. The Lead Janitor coordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial and industrial establishments within dry and cold environments.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssign tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards\nOversee floor and carpet care employees\nIssue supplies and equipment\nPerform duties of janitorial staff\nAppraise employee performance\nAddress customer complaints and resolves problems\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position\nOn the job training will be provided\nAttention to detail\nAbility to follow instructions effectively\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nAbility to speak, read, and write multiple languages fluently\nPrior cleaning or janitorial experience\nFamiliarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards\nKnowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing\nExperience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance\nClosing\nDiversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
