This position is part of an application team that includes an application lead, systems engineers, validation engineers, software architects, and developers. The work environment is primarily office-based with desk development equipment and some soft lab work.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze software requirements for embedded electronic control systems\nDevelop embedded software library activities, test scripts, and test automation\nConfigure, integrate, and build embedded software\nCreate, execute, and document test plans, verifying software in bench and simulation environments\nSet up and configure test bench hardware and software\nComplete mandatory and feature-specific testing using both manual and automated methods\nTroubleshoot software and system defects and provide customer support for system and software issues\nSupport application teams in designing, developing, and validating software flash files\nRequirements\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with an embedded software focus, required.\n3+ years of industry experience in C programming, Model-Based Development, and embedded control software development (internships do not count toward experience)\nFamiliarity with debuggers, along with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with communications software and protocols\nEmbedded operating system experience\nExperience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to share technical information and development progress within a team environment\nStrong analytical skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
