The role works within a 7-8 person development team in an onsite office environment, partnering with system engineers and global teams to deliver production-ready solutions.\n Key Responsibilities\nDefine system requirements, architecture, interfaces, and end-to-end feature traceability.\nDesign, develop, integrate, and validate remote control systems across software, hardware, controls, and communication networks.\nDevelop and maintain embedded software using Embedded C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.\nPerform system integration, verification & validation (V&V), troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\nSupport functional safety, FMEA, product quality, and release activities.\nUtilize AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity, testing, and documentation.\nCollaborate with remote control system engineers and global teams to deliver production-ready solutions.\nRequirements\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field and 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Embedded Software Development, and Integration & Validation, including 3-5 years of system integration experience.\n5+ years of experience with Embedded C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.\n5+ years of embedded system development experience with RTOS.\nStrong knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, electrical schematics, system integration, and V&V.\nProficiency with CAN, Ethernet, and embedded control systems, along with tools such as CANoe/CANalyzer, Wireshark, and Git.\nProficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills; a self-starter who is highly motivated and able to learn quickly.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with autonomy, robotics, remote control, or machine control systems.\nFamiliarity with AUTOSAR, functional safety, FMEA, HIL/SIL, DOORS/Jama, and automated test frameworks.\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
