Because people are our primary resource, DSN continuously focuses on employee satisfaction and developing long-term relationships with our employees to understand their needs and expectations.\nWe are currently seeking an HR Generalist here at DSN to support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role assists in coordinating HR programs and policies while ensuring consistency and efficiency in the department’s operations. The role offers full-time challenging work with full benefits. We offer a collaborative work environment and holiday parties in our Naperville, IL office!\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nRecruitment & Onboarding\nAssist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.\nCoordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and new hire paperwork.\nFacilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.\nEmployee Relations\nServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.\nSupport HR staff in addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive workplace culture.\nHR Administration\nMaintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.\nPrepare reports, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with audits.\nCoordinate employee status changes, terminations, and documentation updates.\nBenefits & Payroll Support\nProvide administrative support for benefit enrollments, changes, and questions.\nCollaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing.\nTraining & Development\nSupport coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.\nTrack training participation and completion records.\nCompliance & Policy\nAssist in ensuring HR processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.\nHelp update and distribute HR policies and procedures as needed.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.\nExperience in an HR support or coordinator role.\nWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize work.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems preferred.\nTeam player that understands the
