If you're looking to grow your career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 100 company - let's talk!\n\nPosition Overview\nThe Manufacturing Quality Engineer drives product quality across the manufacturing process by resolving quality events, leading improvement projects, and strengthening built-in quality practices. This is an onsite role that splits time between the factory floor and the office, working as one of three Quality Engineers at the site.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nLead timely Emergency, Interim, and Permanent corrective actions for both customer and internal quality events, collaborating across disciplines.\nInspect and contain nonconforming product, communicating data to factory quality teams while actively driving root cause and corrective action (RCCA).\nServe as an ambassador, coach, and sub-workstream lead for End-to-End (E2E) Built-in Quality.\nLead quality improvement projects and support internal continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage internal and external customer contact and relationships in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering teams.\nApply Six Sigma tools and techniques to analyze and resolve quality issues.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience OR\nAssociate's degree with 5+ years of experience.\nGood working knowledge of quality standards, manufacturing operations, and engineering, design, and maintenance processes.\nExperience applying 8D or similar structured problem-solving techniques in a manufacturing environment.\nExcellent proficiency in Office 365 applications, with strong analytical and numerical skills.\nProven ability to lead teams through problem solving and to motivate and influence others to drive compliance and continuous improvement.\nGreat written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.\nSelf-driven, with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
