This role blends hands-on operational support with project work aimed at strengthening the organization's overall security posture, keeping critical services secure, reliable, and continuously improving.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nProvide daily operational support and maintenance for the team's network and firewall policy service offerings and the products that deliver them.\nPerform Network Access Control (NAC) governance activities using Cisco ISE.\nExecute network improvement and risk reduction initiatives, including network segmentation, application protection, and hardware refresh projects.\nManage application protection and proxy policy activities.\nPartner with internal process partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across firewall, cloud policy, and other supported products.\nConduct testing and quality assurance for changes and new process deployments prior to production release.\nAssist Product Owners in resolving technical matters and in implementing, maintaining, and supporting the technical and process elements of firewall policy, network posture, and the team's web-based portal.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering/Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5-7 years of relevant experience.\nRequired Technical Skills\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity network best practices.\nWorking knowledge of internal network management and data/traffic flows.\nSolid knowledge of firewall management and network protocols.\nFunctional, hands-on experience with Cisco ISE.\nRequired Soft Skills\nAdvanced customer service skills.\n\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
