This role brings an analytical mindset to keeping teams aligned, organized, and moving forward, serving as a central point of coordination between the project team, leadership, and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain project plans and schedules in Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps.\nSupport projects using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.\nPlan, schedule, and facilitate Agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nCoordinate and lead regular project update meetings, tracking action items and driving them to completion.\nCommunicate project status to the team and stakeholders through MS Teams and email.\nPartner with the product owner/service request manager and stakeholders to ensure the team's work consistently delivers value.\nIdentify and remove blockers and impediments to the team's progress.\nCapture and aggregate project data to support the team's development and provide management with information that informs strategic decisions.\nFoster a team environment of self-organization, high visibility, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.\n5-7 years of professional project management or project coordination experience.\nScrum Master or PMP certification preferred, but not required.\n Required Qualifications\nExtensive knowledge of project management software (MS Project) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nBasic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.\nProficient typing speed.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong meeting facilitation skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\nProblem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
