If you're looking to grow your career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 100 company - let's talk!\nPosition Overview\nIn this role, you will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to develop, maintain, and communicate global component capacity strategies supporting both company-branded and non-branded products. You'll serve as the link between long-term capacity strategy and NSI project execution, ensuring that changes in timing, scope, supplier capability, or demand are understood and reflected in the overall strategy.\n Key Responsibilities\nMaintain global component capacity strategies and associated strategy maps, keeping documentation current as business conditions and execution plans evolve.\nPartner with NSI leads to track project execution against the capacity strategy.\nAssess the strategic impact of project delays, scope changes, demand shifts, and supplier constraints, and develop recommendations in response.\nMaintain and integrate key planning inputs, including How Much By When (HMBW), supplier agreements, project plans, and capacity assumptions.\nFacilitate and participate in supplier and internal planning meetings to understand capacity commitments, risks, and changes.\nIdentify gaps between planned capacity and expected business requirements.\nMine and extract planning data to build reports that support strategy assessments and decision-making.\nDevelop clear communication of capacity strategy, status, risks, and required actions for audiences at every organizational level, including concise executive summaries for leadership.\nDrive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Supplier Development Engineering (SDE), Manufacturing, Operations, the Project Management Office (PMO), and other business partners through daily collaboration.\nTeam & Work Environment\nPart of the Core Components organization within a large power systems division, reporting to the PMO Manager and working daily alongside the Core Component Strategy Leads.\nFull-time onsite office environment, with flexibility to support work-life balance and a global schedule.\nRequirements\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical or Industrial), Technical Communications, or a related technical field.\n5-7 years of related experience\nProficiency with the MS Office Suite and MS Project, plus the ability to generate reports in Power BI.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect detailed project information to broader business strategy.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, inputs, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.\nHighly organized, able to work both independently and as part of a team within defined processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEngineering or technical experience, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.\nExperience working with global teams and suppliers.\nA strong desire for personal and professional growth.\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
