This role partners with business process owners, IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support the successful delivery of digital solutions.\nThis position focuses on product execution, backlog management, requirements definition, testing coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with senior product leadership to enable strategic business outcomes.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nManage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.\nGather, document, and analyze business requirements, business processes, and functional specifications.\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams.\nCollaborate with development teams, architects, business analysts, and quality assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation activities.\nSupport release planning, deployment activities, training readiness, and change management efforts.\nMonitor enhancement requests, production issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\nSupport digital solutions across Sales Order Management, Dealer Ordering, Transportation, Trade Management, Billing, SAP SD, Salesforce, and related enterprise platforms.\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational improvements.\nDevelop stakeholder communications, status reports, product documentation, process flows, and training materials.\nAssist in production support activities and collaborate with support teams to meet service level commitments.\nPartner with business process owners and senior product leaders to support roadmap execution and delivery objectives.\nRequirements\nCandidate Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Digital Product Delivery (3+ years with a Master's degree).\nTop Skills\nExperience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP SD, Salesforce, Order Management, or related business platforms.\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and requirements development.\nStrong business analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdditional Technical Skills (Required)\nKnowledge of Sales Order Management, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or Modern Order Management processes.\nExperience with Sales Order Management in Salesforce Cloud.\nAdditional Technical Skills (Desired)\nExperience with Dealer Ordering, Azure DevOps, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and enterprise integration initiatives.\nSoft Skills (Required)\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nSoft Skills (Desired)\nExperience supporting cross-functional global teams.\nStrong understanding of testing, release management, production support, and continuous improvement practices.\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
