In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our advisors and their clients, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah.\nYour Impact:\nClient Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for advisors and their clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.\nAccount Management: Assist clients with account maintenance, including setting up new accounts, processing transactions, and managing client service requests.\nProblem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.\nCoordination: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to support client needs and ensure consistent service delivery.\nDocumentation: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.\nReporting: Generate and review reports related to client accounts and activities as needed.\nWho You Are:\n1+ years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.\nRequired licensing within 6 months of hire: Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, SIE, State Life & Health Insurance\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.\nCollaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to team success\nYour Toolkit:\nStrong computer and technical skills.
