With small class sizes of up to six students, you have the time, space, and resources to focus on what truly matters: personal progress, independence, and well-being.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPurpose-built learning: Utilize exceptional facilities including our Immersive Experience room, Therapy Zone, outdoor learning spaces, music and drama suite, and sports hall with a bouldering wall to deliver a creative, non-subject-specific curriculum.\nIntegrated approach: Work collaboratively alongside on-site therapists, behaviour support specialists, residential staff, and families to support each young person holistically across their waking day.\nClassroom leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Senior LSAs, modelling best practice and creating a calm, purposeful environment where everyone can do their best work.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for a resilient, positive educator who brings warmth, creativity, and high expectations to the classroom.
