The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-starter who can complete projects and tasks with little day-to-day direction. No two days will be the same and you will thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure.\nSupport Cisco switching, wireless, VLANs, VPN, routing, and network connectivity.\nMonitor and troubleshoot network, server, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure issues.\nSupport Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and identity services.\nAssist with Cisco security technologies, including ISE and Umbrella, and support F5 application delivery and security infrastructure.\nPerform system maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.\nAssist with cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, and incident response.\nSupport backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems and testing.\nProvide Tier 2 technical support for escalated infrastructure, network, authentication, and security issues.\nMaintain network diagrams, system documentation, configurations, and technical procedures.\nParticipate in infrastructure, cloud, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity projects.\nCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and managed service providers. \nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nTwo-year degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in network administration. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n3-5 years of experience in network administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related IT role.\nExperience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory.\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networking.\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.\nExperience with Hyper-V, VMware, or another enterprise virtualization platform.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security fundamentals.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.\nExperience in gathering and analyzing business requirements\nProject management experience\nExperience with any of the following is beneficial but not required: Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, Intune, Cisco Networking, Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, F5, Enterprise Storage and Backup/Disaster Recovery, HPE Servers \nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar are a plus.\n Compensation and Benefits\nThe State Bar of Wisconsin offers competitive compensation with annual merit increases and excellent benefits including:\n3 weeks of paid vacation per year\n2 weeks of paid sick time per year\nExcellent and low-cost health and dental insurance\nFully paid life and long-term disability insurance\n2 weeks paid parental leave\n10 paid holidays plus 2 personal days\nHybrid work schedules and flexibility\n8% 401(k) contribution!! \nThe State Bar is also a “qualified employer” for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.\nHow To Apply\nTo apply, upload your resume and cover letter.
