Your role will be to ensure that all settlement transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with company policies, guaranteeing proactivity, customer focus, accuracy, and speed. The role reports to the Operations Manager ANZ.\nDay to day:\nSupport the sales process from settlement to funding to meet and exceed new business targets.\nThe prime source of information and support of sales queries on the contract activation and funding of settlements.\nProvide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests.\nProactive pipeline management and follow-up.\nReview contracts and corresponding documents submitted for settlement, communicate and liaise with all parties involved including DLL Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams as applicable.\nEffectively communicate and collaborate as a team.
