We may consider a fully remote option for the right candidate.\nTake control of your schedule and choose the projects you want to work on-one at a time. This is a per-project position. Most projects run from 3 to 12 months, giving you the flexibility to stay engaged without long-term commitments. This role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work on diverse, impactful projects.\nAs a Construction Manager, you’ll ensure the successful completion of turnkey projects, including large and mid-size multi-discipline installations. You’ll focus on project scope, schedule compliance, profitability, communication, documentation, and client interaction. Your expertise will help deliver outstanding results and foster strong client relationships, positioning MTI for repeat business.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFor those projects assigned to the Construction Manager, he or she shall be responsible for the proper planning and implementation as defined in the Matrix Operations Manual and in our Quality Systems. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:\nImplementing required procedures and action plans as detailed in the Matrix Operations Manual (MOM) and in the Quality Systems (QS) documents.\nMaintaining project schedules. Communicating schedule issues to the PM. \nMaintaining on-site project budgets. Communicating budget issues to the PM. \nDirecting and coordinating all work related to assigned projects.\nDevelopment of the site-specific safety plans and implementation of the same. \nCoordinate with client safety reps and procedures.\nMaintaining project communications through regular review meetings and day-to-day contact.\nMaintaining project correspondence files.\nVerifying completion of all required job-specific inspections. Maintain file with inspection information. \nAssuring that all contractual requirements are satisfied.\nMaintaining client contact and coordinating the flow of information between the Client and MTI.\nMaintaining records of purchased material. Tracking of receipt and location of material received on site. \nAssistance with the Issuing and administering of subcontracts.\nCoordinating billing with the MTI accounting for assigned projects.\nWorking with Project Management to complete final job lessons learned and critiques at the completion of projects.\nMaintain positive client relationships and develop potential work opportunities.\nProvide project managers with input on personnel assigned to your projects concerning their performance, attitude, potential, and/or problem areas as appropriate.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nFive or more years of experience as a Construction Manager, Engineer or equivalent.
