measurable capability and business outcomes.\n\nLearning Function LeadershipLead a high-performing, agile learning organization with strengths in consulting, business acumen, analytics, and AI-enabled learning practices.\nContinuously optimize operating models, processes, and resource allocation to maximize strategic impact.\nLeverage automation and AI to improve efficiency across learning operations, content development, learner support, and reporting.\nManage learning investments with strong financial discipline and business-value accountability.\nLead the Learning & Capability Community of Practice to drive enterprise alignment and collaboration.\n\nLearning Experience & Capability DevelopmentDeliver innovative, data-driven, and personalized learning experiences that support workforce readiness at scale.\nOwn enterprise onboarding operations and learning design.\nPartner in the design and evolution of enterprise leadership development programs, including Business management skills and performance consultation skills.\nMust be able to work off shift as necessary and be able to travel 20% of the time.\nMust be a compelling communicator, including presentation and facilitation skills.\nMaster's degree in organizational development, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline preferred. \nPrefer broad range and depth of knowledge as it relates to
