In this mid-level role, you will focus on maintainingand sustaining critical machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting consistent product quality. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will apply your technical expertisewhile continuing to develop advanced maintenance and troubleshooting skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nEquipment Maintenance & Repair\nPerform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.\n\nMaintain mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.\n\nService conveyance systems, piping, and utilities (steam, air, water).\n\nMaintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure reliable operation and reduced downtime.\n\nTroubleshooting & Problem Resolution\nDiagnose and resolve equipment issues impactingsafety, quality, and production efficiency.\n\nIdentifyroot causes of mechanical failures and understand related electrical interactions.\n\nExecute repairs efficiently and communicate findings, corrective actions, and recommendations to maintenance and operations teams.\n\nPreventive & Predictive Maintenance\nPreventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled inspections, measurements, lubrication, and componentreplacements.\n\nPredictive Maintenance (PdM): Use condition-monitoring tools (infrared thermography, oil analysis, basic ultrasonics) to identifyearly signs of equipment failure.\n\nCondition-Based Maintenance (CBM): Address issues identifiedthrough PM and PdMactivities and contribute to refining maintenancejob plans.\n\nProjects & Continuous Improvement\nComplete work orders supporting plant initiatives, upgrades, and reliability improvements.\n\nAssistwith equipment installations, modifications, and process enhancements.\n\nContribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and equipment performance.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Development\nCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure effective execution of work.\n\nMentor and support the development of entry-level technicians (Levels C & D).\n\nPartner with senior technicians (Level A) on more complex tasks, installations, and overhauls.\n\nActively contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired Experience\nStrong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.\n\nProven mechanical troubleshooting skills.\n\nSafety Expertise\nComprehensive understanding of safety requirements, including:\n\nLockout/Tagout (LOTO)\n\nConfined space entry\n\nPPE usage\n\nHot work procedures\n\nPowered industrial trucks (PIT)\n\nFall protection\n\nHoisting and rigging\n\nDemonstrated commitment to maintaininga safe work environment.\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.\n\nAbility to select and properly usethe right tools for each task.\n\nExperience using CMMS or basic computer systems to document work and manage parts.\n\nBlueprint & Schematic Interpretation\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings.\n\nCapable of creating simple sketches or notes to communicate maintenance work.\n\nAnalytical Ability\nStrong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.\n\nSolid math skills, including measurements, conversions, and basic formulas used in maintenance work.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFabrication Skills: Welding, machining, or equipment modification experience.\n\nAdvanced Predictive Maintenance: Experience with vibration analysis or advanced diagnostic tools.\n\nLeadership Experience: Experience mentoring technicians or leading small-scale maintenance efforts.\n\n3 years of experience in Maintenance.\n\nStarting pay is
