productivity.\nShift: 1st 7AM-3PM\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to developing others while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Support\nAssist the Maintenance Supervisor in leading daily maintenance operations and coordinating employee work assignments.\nProvide direction, coaching, and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.\nSupport employee development through training, mentoring, and performance support.\nServe as acting supervisor when needed and help ensure operational continuity.\nMaintenance Operations\nCoordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to support production goals and equipment reliability.\nOversee troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.\nMonitor work quality and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to established standards.\nParticipate in equipment improvement projects, process enhancements, and reliability initiatives.\nWork Order & Planning Management\nSchedule, organize, and assign maintenance work orders in partnership with maintenance leadership.\nCollaborate with operations, supervisors, and department leaders to prioritize maintenance needs.\nMonitor work order progress and verify timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.\nCoordinate materials, parts, and resources required to complete maintenance activities.\nSafety & Compliance\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the maintenance department.\nEnsure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all company safety policies.\nSupport safety training and reinforce safe work practices.\nIdentify and communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to leadership.\nEnsure work is performed in compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and standards.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.\nSupport initiatives that reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance productivity.\nFoster collaboration between maintenance and operations teams to deliver high-quality service and support.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nPrevious experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related technical field.\nDemonstrated mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.\nExperience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.\nPrior training or technical education in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical systems, or a related discipline.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or directing the work of other maintenance employees is preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and work instructions.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication,
