Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and improving processes and equipment in the lab and across Extrusion, Twisting, and Heatset operations.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and participate in internal and external SMS audits, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.\n\nSupport Extrusion, Twisting, and Heatsetoperations through quality leadership, technical expertise, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nLead SPC monitoring, analysis, and coaching efforts, utilizingstatistical data to drive process improvements, reduce variation, and improve product quality.\n\nDrive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures to reduce off-quality events and improve process performance.\n\nPartner with yarn suppliers, equipment vendors, and Yarn Technical to evaluate materials and systems, resolve quality concerns, and ensure products meet performance expectations.\n\nServe as the quality representative during customer visits and feedback reviews, addressing concerns and supporting continuous improvement efforts.\n\nLead laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration programs, ensuring testing accuracy, measurement integrity, equipment reliability, and technical support for laboratory personnel. Manage lab personnel including scheduling overtime and maintainingtime.\n\nCoordinate the development, revision, and implementation of SMS procedures and Standard Work to promote safe, consistent, and efficient operations.\n\nLead the laboratory Tiered Accountability process and collaborate with plant-wide Tiered Accountability and cross-functional teams to drive quality and operational improvements.\n\nProvide oversight for facility Management of Change (MOC) activities and support the tracking and completion of corrective actions to ensure accountability and compliance.\n\nPartner with the Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and provide backup leadership for quality operations, quality systems, compliance activities, audits, and continuous improvement programs.\n\nPrepare, analyze, and publish quality reports that monitorperformance, identifytrends, and support data-driven decision making and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Competencies:\nPlan interpersonal skills.\n\nMust be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing.\n\nMust be proficient in the use of software programs (spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software,
