You will partner closely with Commercial Sales, Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional technology teams to design future-state capabilities across Desktop and Mobile platforms.\nThis position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead complex initiatives, influence platform strategy, and mentor engineering talent while driving innovation within a cloud-first ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Design\nSupport the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions aligned to enterprise standards and long-term platform strategy.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration frameworks.\n\nDefine and enforce design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nServe as a technical expert and subject matter expert for Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, integrations, and platform capabilities).\n\nMentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering engineering excellence and continuous learning.\n\nProvide oversight and governance for development activities, including code reviews, CI/CD practices, and release management.\n\nEnterprise Integration & Data Strategy\nDesign and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., middleware, MDM, data platforms).\n\nEnsure robust data architecture, including data quality, governance, and performance optimization.\n\nCollaborate with integration teams to define API strategies and event-driven architecture.\n\nDelivery & Execution\nLead the development and implementation of complex features, enhancements, and large-scale initiatives.\n\nAllocate time across design, development, troubleshooting, and production support, with a strong emphasis on high-impact engineering work.\n\nDrive automation, DevOps, and continuous delivery improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner with business leaders and product stakeholders to shape roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.\n\nCommunicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to Sales and Business teams on technology capabilities and innovation opportunities.\n\nQuality, Security & Compliance\nEnsure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards, including MFA, data protection, and regulatory requirements.\n\nEstablish and maintain testing strategies, quality assurance practices, and performance benchmarks.\n\nConduct solution reviews to ensure scalability, resiliency, and operational readiness.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n3 - 5 + years of experience in enterprise application development, with deep expertise in Salesforce platform engineering preferred.\n\nProven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and large-scale system implementations.\n\nStrong experience in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and platform configuration.\n\nExperience with enterprise integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as Informatica, MuleSoft, TIBCO).\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling, system integration patterns, and cloud architecture principles.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with content management systems (e.g., Kentico or similar platforms)\n\nExposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, or observability tools\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes\n\nExperience supporting high-traffic or customer-facing websites\n\nHow We Work\nOur team operates in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.
