Come join us and be a part of something amazing!\nJob Summary\nAt Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive oversight of the entire project lifecycle for industrial flooring projects, ensuring seamless coordination of labor, materials, and equipment across all phases. They enforce strict adherence to project specifications and quality standards while proactively managing schedules and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective project completion. Through effective leadership and continuous monitoring, the PM drives operational efficiency, mitigates risks, and ensures client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.\nRequirements\nJob Responsibilities\nServe as liaison between clients, company, and crew and run the job daily and assist the sales team with all necessary modifications to ensure projects remain profitable.\nCommunicate with mills and distributors to determine the availability of products, track materials for jobs, and confirm all needed equipment is on-site prior to crew arrival.\nOversee performance to make sure all specifications and regulations are being followed.\nResponsible for the proper administration of installation contracts.\nTrack and control schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within the time and budget allocated.\nReport to the Sales and Corporate Management team about progress and any necessary plan modifications.\nCommunicate job schedules to coordinate with the client, the general contractor, and/or Field Supervisor\nDetermine steps necessary to meet project deadlines. Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules.\nPerform consistent, timely follow-up with suppliers, tracing as many as thirty separate shipments of items depending on the complexity of the job.\nMake freight arrangements for product shipments in the most expeditious and cost-effective \nmanner.\nFollow-up is essential, including evening and weekend contact as needed. \nCoordinate all change orders in writing and track changes to ensure proper completion and billing\nMonitor installations for meeting schedules and quality standards\nApprove installation bills. Review and evaluate all installer bills for accuracy\nMaintain required documentation in job folders and on the computer system to support the projects. Assemble all information relating to the projects.\nPrepare job folder for invoicing. Review for extras and change orders, determine freight charges, verify accuracy, and submit to Accounts Receivable.\nReceive punch list and repair calls. Determine responsibility for repairs. Prepare cost estimates if necessary. \nReview invoices and charge back to primary installers accordingly.\nQualifications\n5+ years of Project Management experience in Flooring Installation.\nHigh School Diploma/GED.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and layouts. \nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nMust have strong mathematical skills for product calculations, which are critical to the project. \nKnowledge of installation procedures/flooring products.\nAbility to travel to job sites.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
