Come join us and be a part of something amazing!\nJob Summary\nAt Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.\nRequirements\nJob Responsibilities\nCheck-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse\nMark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading\nIssue materials to installers for jobs and help load\nKeep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a job\nCoordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable\nConduct periodic inventories/cycle counts\nSecure warehouse building and clean warehouse office\nOrganize the warehouse and put away materials\nMaintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse\nOccasionally pick up materials from vendors\nOrder supplies as needed\nMaintain company grounds\nMaintain warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift)\nQualifications\nForklift Experience Required\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
