recruitment progress.\nManage multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining high candidate quality.\nProvide one suitable replacement at no additional cost if a placed candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable within the agreed guarantee period.\nRequirements\nProven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.\nStrong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.\nExperience using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify talent.\nAbility to conduct effective candidate screenings and assess suitability for different roles.\nExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.\nExperience recruiting for sales, business development, marketing, or technology-related positions is an advantage.\nBenefits\nPlacement Fee: $50 USD for each successfully hired candidate.\nPayment Terms: The placement fee will be payable once the hired candidate successfully completes their first 15 calendar days of employment.\n15-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a placed candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable due to performance or role-related concerns within the first 15 calendar days, the freelance recruiter will be responsible for providing one suitable replacement at no additional recruitment fee.\nReplacement Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to layoffs, organizational restructuring, or business-related decisions unrelated to the candidate's performance or
