You will work closely with our data and product teams to ship features that directly impact operator uptime and subscriber experience.\nWhat you will do\n Design and evolve the MindRelay platform architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and observability\n Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines that process millions of events per day from multi-vendor environments\n Own the platform runtime: Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code\n Collaborate with operations teams to translate monitoring requirements into platform capabilities\n Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making within the team\n Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident post-mortems\nWhat we are looking for\n 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience\n Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go\n Experience with event streaming systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ\n Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments\n Solid understanding of observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces\n Experience with time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, or similar)\n Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus\nNice to have\nExperience in telecom, IPTV, or broadcast environments\nFamiliarity with SNMP, MPEG monitoring, or video QoE metrics\nExperience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar observability stacks\nContributions to open-source projects\nWhat we offer\n Competitive salary and annual performance bonus\n Hybrid working: 2-3 days in our Apeldoorn office\n Personal development budget and conference allowance\n Work on a product used by operators across 4 continents\n Small, senior team with real ownership and no unnecessary process\n 25 vacation days + flexible working hours\nReady to apply?\nSend your CV and a short motivation to our team.
