To help meet this need, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator who will play a crucial role in managing stock orders, supplier relationships, and data accuracy.\nWhat You'll Do:\n• Order stock from suppliers and coordinate inter-branch stock transfers\n• Manage overdue purchase orders by expediting and ensuring timely delivery\n• Keep the stock file on Pastel updated with supplier and product information\n• Oversee the price variance process and implement corrections where necessary\n• Handle discounted-price processes including orders, stock movement, and price changes\n• Expedite and monitor supplier back-orders\n• Capture data accurately and efficiently\n• Source products and manage new supplier account applications\n• Expedite and monitor new supplier accounts\n• Perform supplier price comparisons to ensure competitive purchasing\n• Resolve any queries related to procurement and stock\nWhat You'll Need:\n• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a closely related field\n• Proficiency in Pastel and strong data capturing skills\n• Solid planning capabilities with good numeracy and analytical skills\n• Experience with procurement, backstock management, and supplier management\nSalary: R15,000 - R20,000 per month (Cost to Company)\nIf you are ready to contribute to a growing organisation by ensuring procurement processes run efficiently and accurately, we encourage you to apply for this role.
