In this role, you will be responsible for piecing together product components safely, efficiently, and in accordance with our quality standards. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do:\nRead and follow blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions to assemble products accurately.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and effectively.\nPerform routine quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.\nIdentify and report any defective components, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.\nMeet daily production goals and quotas while maintaining high-quality output.\nCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh School Diploma, or equivalent required.\nBasic math skills and the ability to read and understand technical instructions.\nFamiliarity with basic hand and power tools.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).\nFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.\nMust be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.\nVisual ability to inspect small parts and read detailed instructions.\nThis position is in a manufacturing setting, which may include exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required.\nWhat We Offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family\nCompetitive salary\nBonus programs\n401K retirement plan\nTraining opportunities\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid vacation, PTO, and holidays\nGym reimbursements, and more!\nWho We Are: The Dixon Group is a global, family-owned manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years of operation in the U.S.A.
