As General Manager, Purity, you will lead the strategy, growth, profitability, and long-term competitiveness of Dixon’s Purity product portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you will serve as the business owner for the portfolio, with responsibility for the product roadmap, product engineering priorities, pricing, profitability, and market share growth.\nYou will translate customer and market needs into clear business priorities and align Engineering, Operations, Sales, Advertising, Supply Chain, and Finance around execution. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn the business strategy and performance of the Purity portfolio, driving profitable revenue growth, market share, and long-term competitiveness.\nDevelop and own the annual operating plan for the Purity business, including revenue, margin, expenses, capital and strategic investments, and key performance targets.\nEngage directly with key distributors, OEMs, and end users to understand application needs, validate product priorities, and support strategic growth opportunities.\nDevelop and execute a multi-year product roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, technology trends, and company strategy.\nLead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch, ensuring investments are supported by clear customer needs, business cases, and financial expectations.\nOwn pricing strategy, product-level profitability, and margin improvement, including actions related to price, cost, product mix, SKU optimization, and product rationalization.\nIdentify portfolio gaps, emerging technologies, competitive threats, and market opportunities, and translate those insights into clear priorities and investment decisions.\nEstablish business priorities and align Engineering, Operations, Sales, Advertising, Supply Chain, and Finance around execution, removing barriers and holding teams accountable for results.\nPartner with Operations and Engineering to improve quality, delivery, cost, manufacturability, and product performance across the portfolio.\nEstablish and monitor key business metrics, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.\nDevelop talent by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, building capability, and creating accountability for results.\nModel Dixon’s commitment to customer service, quality, safety, integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and disciplined execution in business decisions and day-to-day leadership.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.\n10+ years of progressive experience in industrial manufacturing, product management, engineering, commercial leadership, or general management, with demonstrated success driving profitable growth, market share, product strategy, pricing, and portfolio performance.\nDemonstrated success managing P&L performance.
