In this role, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, turning business demand into structured production schedules while ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Culture (SQDCC). You will oversee production planning, staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, EHS, and HR teams to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
