Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSet up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw, as well as CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components.\nSafely transport raw materials to and from the saw station.\nInspect finished products to ensure they meet drawing specifications, recognizing machining issues and making necessary adjustments.\nPerform daily preventative maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance.\nMaintain flexibility by taking on rotating assignments, including manual operations and assembly tasks as needed.\nWork safely alongside co-workers, strictly adhering to all safety protocols, and collaborate effectively as part of the production team.\nActively participate in training to learn Bearon's unique manufacturing processes and develop CNC programming skills.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.\nBackground in machining or manufacturing is required (e.g., machine shop, metal manufacturing).\nPrevious experience as a CNC operator, machine operator, or mechanic is highly preferred.\nTrade school education in mechanics, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and shop mathematics skills.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints.\nProficiency in using basic hand tools and precision measuring tools.\nA detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.\nExcellent attendance, a positive attitude, and a high level of dedication.\nAbility to stand for a full 8-hour shift and lift and move up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift.\nNote: Steel-toe shoes are required for this position.\nWhat We Offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family\nCompetitive salary\nBonus programs\n401K retirement plan\nTraining opportunities\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid vacation, PTO, and holidays\nGym reimbursements, and more!\nWho We Are: Bearon Manufacturing LLC is a U.S.-based precision components company with over 40 years of experience.
